I made this wreath using this tutorial:
By using felt squares it has a warm, rich look that is perfect for fall.
-I bought seven felt squares and had lots left over. (colours: brown, green burgundy, tan, gold, off-white and orange)
-Look at your local fabric stores for felt squares, they have a better colour selection plus they are less expensive that dollar or discount stores.
-I used glass beads for the berries but it looks fine without them.
-Glitter glue was taking too long to dry so I used plain ole white school glue and a paintbrush then sprinkled glitter on it.
-Please, pretty please don’t get hung up on making your leaves perfect! My leaves aren’t perfect but together they look great.
-If you don’t feel comfortable making your own leaf patterns google “leaf shapes” and print patterns to use. 🙂
-If you use a smaller wreath form it works great as a candle ring. (see image below) The globe in the picture was a whopping $3.00 at a thrift store.
