Gooooooooood Morning!!! I know what you’re thinking, what’s she got in her coffee that I don’t got, huh? Well, I’m not sure, it just looks like it’s going to be a great week!
Let’s see… a new tutorial that is easy and cute as it can be, also CHEAP… meet Boo the Sock Ghost!
I have seen these on the Internet and I have to tell you, being a stickler for the mechanics of a craft, they sucked. Unlike those other lousy excuses for sock ghosts this one will actually stand up on his own AND he won’t lose his shape over time like most socks do. I’m very pleased with the way he turned out and can’t wait to hear all about the ones you make. 🙂
So… what are you waiting for? Check it out, already, I’ll wait. 🙂
On a personal note, our basement is PACKED!!! Yep! It happened! One MAJOR accomplishment for our big move on the 30th. It took sweat, tears, a little blood, a few dirty words, several arguments a whole lotta packing tape and many trips down memory lane but 42 Craft boxes later it is DONE!
Yes… 42 Craft boxes…
Okay, here’s the deal, they weren’t ALL boxes of crafts. My helpful husband has this weird method of listing the boxes so that we can cross the border with comfort and ease. He actually tried to label a box of games as CRAFTS!!! How is that fair??? Plus, according to him, it will help us organize the boxes once we get to Tulsa, Oklahoma. All I can think is that it’s gonna look bad at the border when we have 40ish “craft” boxes and 3 “kitchen” boxes… but what do I know? Anywho, I found craft supplies that I didn’t know I had and, like lost friends, I wanted so much to get acquainted with them again but we had to stay the course and keep packing. I did, however, manage to set aside a Halloween and Christmas box so never fear, the tutorials WILL keep coming! 🙂
So, that’s about all I have this morning! Time for more coffee and writing more tutorials. Y’all have fun and we’ll talk later!
